Yes­ter­day, Thurs­day, Jan­u­ary 17, 2002, Messrs. Craig Hayes and Gabriel Diaz came to my house for sched­uled water­proof­ing ser­vice. Before enter­ing my house, Mr. Hayes pro­ceed­ed to put ​‘booties’ over his shoes, sim­i­lar to those worn by sur­geons, and Mr. Diaz com­plete­ly changed his shoes. Need­less to say, I did not need to put down sheets I had brought out to cov­er my car­pet. Not only did they impress me with their neat­ness, but also their pro­fes­sion­al­ism was out­stand­ing. Please express my sin­cere thanks and appre­ci­a­tion to these fine gen­tle­men for their cour­tesy and ​‘job well done.’

Also, Julie was so nice and help­ful to me on the phone when I called to set up the appoint­ment. She was very pro­fes­sion­al and, at the same time, pro­ject­ed a gen­uine con­cern for me, the cus­tomer. She is tru­ly a ​‘go the extra mile’ kind of per­son. I am grate­ful for her under­stand­ing and thoughtfulness.

As a result of these three fine rep­re­sen­ta­tives of your com­pa­ny, I will cer­tain­ly rec­om­mend U.S. Water­proof­ing to any­one who might need your services.

On Sat­ur­day April, 27^th. 1996 three of your peo­ple arrived to repair four cracks in our fam­i­ly room and crawl space. I’m hap­py to say that with the rains these past two weeks, all is dry. In addi­tion, the three peo­ple were polite, infor­ma­tive and excel­lent with their clean up, includ­ing tak­ing their shoes off and on, to get from the out­side to the inside.
