“To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in regard to my appointment I had with your company on August 26, 2013.
A brief history of my issue; I had some water leaking from the floor of my basement. At first I thought it was the hot water heater or plumbing. I called my warranty maintenance people who sent out (2) plumbers that insisted it were a foundation problem.
I had your competitor come out who thought it was plumbing and foundation, but to find out for sure I would have to spend about $2,000 – 3,000 for work to get the actual source.
You had sent your consultant Shawn “Nothing Gets Past Me” Finnicum. He did a more than thorough plumbing assessment and found the source…PLUMBING not foundation.
Needless to say, I had a third plumber come out the next day, fix the problem and things started drying that evening.
If it had not been for Mr. Finnicum’s expertise, I probably would have been out $3,000 for work I did not need.
In this day and age of unscrupulous companies only trying to make a buck in any way they can, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Mr. Finnicum’s professionalism, expertise, integrity and honesty.

“Dear Michael,
We want to express our appreciation of the excellent job that Angel and his crew did in installing our Drain Tile System and Sump Pump this week. All of the men were courteous, quiet and efficient as they went about their work. They did a very thorough job of cleaning up at the end of the day. There was absolutely no dust anywhere in the basement or in the rest of the house.

“I recently had drain tiles and a new sump pump installed and an older one replaced. I was told that the work could be done in one day (12÷02÷09). Frankly, I was skeptical about the time frame and I was dreading the mess! It is now a week later… and I felt the need to correspond re: my satisfaction with the job. Honestly, I can not say enough nice things about the men assigned to the project. They arrived on time. They worked independently… I was in and out of the house for most of the day in meetings. They managed to load all the materials through a very small window in the basement… thus, eliminating the need to bring dust and concrete through the house. They were done at 4:30 and the basement has never looked better!! They were pleasant, hard working and professional. I wanted to give credit where credit is due! I would recommend your company (and have) to anyone.”

On the recommendation of a neighbor for whom your company had done excellent work, I recently requested and estimate on repairing a stubborn leak in the foundation of my house. Your representative Burt Fayne came to my house and was most helpful. On inspecting the problem, Mr. Fayne showed me that the leak was caused by work that a previous contractor had not completed properly. “On July 9th, 2002, I had an epoxy/urethane injection performed on a basement crack in our house by your company — the actual job being done by two men who mentioned that their names were Dennis and Jesus.
I am writing this letter to complement these men for the fine work that they did — we have had no problem with the basement crack leaking water since the job was completed.
