“This is to let you know that we are very satisfied with the work done in conjunction with the installation of the Drain Tile System that was done at my home on Monday and Tuesday, August 10 & 11 2009 and finished on Saturday, August 15, 2009. The delay, as you know, was due to the non availability of an inspector to inspect the work prior to the replacement of the concrete for the affected areas of the basement floor.
We are especially satisfied with the crew, headed by Benito, that was sent to do this work.
They were very polite, accommodating and hard working while doing all phases of the installation work and the job clean-up afterwards.”
