On July 16^th and 17^th a crew from your com­pa­ny did a full perime­ter and sump pump installation.
I do not have any names of the five indi­vid­u­als that were here, I am sure that you do.
To me, it is very impor­tant that they each one of them receives cred­it for the fine work that they did. On a scale of one to ten, the rat­ing would be 50.
In today’s world it is almost impos­si­ble to find peo­ple that work with such dili­gence and pride in their work.
They also were extreme­ly per­son­able and worked extreme­ly well together.

I just want to com­pli­ment the work done by Angel Sal­ga­do and his team. Last week they installed a sump pump, drains, and win­dow well replace­ments at our res­i­dence in North­brook. They were a plea­sure to work with and did a very nice job. Angel also found that some pre­vi­ous work was leak­ing, and encour­aged me to find the old paper­work and see who came to repair it. It turns out US Water­proof­ing did that work, and now we have already sched­uled that repair. We would be hap­py to have Angel make that repair.

Now it hasn’t rained heavy yet, and I sure hate to jinx myself, but…

I can’t tell you how hap­py I was with the work of Israel and his crew at my house. Being a busi­ness own­er, I know how hard it is to find good help. And you guys should kiss the ground every day that you found this guy. Yeh, I’m sure that he might not be per­fect as an employ­ee, but he cer­tain­ly made this cus­tomer very happy.

They were on-time. They were effi­cient. They were very cour­te­ous. They obvi­ous­ly knew what they were doing. They seemed to work well as a crew togeth­er. They called me down occa­sion­al­ly to show me the work-in-progress 
so that I knew how every­thing worked. I saw no slop­py work. They did a great job on the floor fin­ish­ing, and cleaned up near-per­fect­ly when done. Did I men­tion they washed my car too! ( ok, just kid­ding on that last one )

Real­ly — unless this thing fails mis­er­ably to work, which I think will nev­er hap­pen, then your com­pa­ny took care of me ( includ­ing the change order ) when you said you would, in near-per­fect fash­ion. After deal­ing with so many ven­dors and com­pa­nies that fail to deliv­er, U.S. Water­proof­ing sent me a fan­tas­tic crew, and I am very hap­py with their work. In ret­ro­spect, this was prob­a­bly the smartest invest­ment I have made on this house.

I would not hes­i­tate to rec­om­mend your firm to any­one, and please thank your crew for me again.

“Dear Matt and Jerry,

Your water­proof­ing team, run by Jose Ramirez, made a dif­fi­cult sit­u­a­tion much eas­i­er. I was freaked out at find­ing water in my base­ment 2 week ago! Jer­ry Mead­ow was out here quick­ly, assessed the sit­u­a­tion, and sched­uled my inte­ri­or drain tile job in less than a week. And the crew who did the work were punc­tu­al, extreme­ly clean, and showed me every­thing they were going to do to solve my water problem.

The after­noon of the project I had to take my hus­band to the E.R. for chest pains. Jose and the men left, but returned ear­ly the next morn­ing to fin­ish the work as I had asked them to do.
