I had two of your long term employees; Mario and Adrian install a primary sump pump and a battery back-up pump in my basement on Friday, August 30, 2013, I just wanted to let you know not only was I pleased with the sales person, Joe, who sold me the unit, but was very pleased with both installers,
Joe explained how the units you sell perform far better than the types purchased at the local retail home improvement stores, Plus, I was impressed with the testing you put your equipment through,
Mario and Adrian installed both pumps in a timely manner and left no mess whatsoever. They were very conscientious; Mario even checked the position of one of the pumps and wasn’t quite ‘happy’ with it, and moved it ever so slightly to ensure it was correctly placed.
Please extend my thanks to Mario and Adrian and let them know I appreciate the quality of their work and the pride they take in performing their installations.”

I feel compelled to tell you how thoroughly satisfied I was with, first off Mr. Jerry Meadow. He was knowledgeable, thorough and very professional in going over the project with me.
Just as importantly, the actual workmen who performed required services, namely Jesus Alvarado and Mike McDonald, were polite, knew exactly what was necessary to resolve my problem and all in all, I was very comfortable knowing they know how to do their job and, again, did it well.

How pleased I am at the way your waterproofing team worked on my house at ______ Mt. Prospect today. Their names are, I believe, Felix and Patrick.
They were thorough, evaluating the approach to be used for each of the eight foundation cracks. Moreover, and very important to me, they communicated very well the process being used.
Of course, it has not rained yet, so the final test is to come. But I did want to let you know how good I feel about the professionalism your representatives showed.”
