“I wish to express my thanks to your Com­pa­ny for hir­ing such cour­te­ous peo­ple to han­dle a job well done. Miguel and his part­ner (I did not get his name) repaired a crack in the west wall of my base­ment. They checked around the out­side of the house and found anoth­er crack on the same side and men­tioned it to me. After con­fer­ring with my hus­band, we decid­ed to have it repaired. They took us out­side to show us what they were going to do with our approval, and con­tin­ued to repair it. They wiped their feet when going up and down to the base­ment, (we have car­pet­ing on the stairs). These two boys were excep­tion­al in their atti­tude and con­cern for the job they were doing.

It’s refresh­ing to see that there are still some YOUNG peo­ple who are con­cerned for some­one else’s prop­er­ty inside and out.

In today’s econ­o­my I’m sure a day off with pay is not like­ly, but please be sure to give them a pat on the back for a job well done.”
